Where does the time go?

Wow, it has been a few weeks since I have sent out an update! We are trucking along at 32 weeks and I am feeling great!

We are preparing as much as we can. Our maternity pictures were taken. I am so used to looking down and seeing a protruding mid-section but when viewing the photos I now see what others see. A proud, glowing, momma toting around her baby. I love being pregnant! This time spent with Crosby is something I am really going to miss. I have said it before but I am never alone. He's been my constant buddy and I will miss his kicks in response to my laughing or his subtle wave of movement if I start to get upset. I love that when I am sitting around with a group of people he jabs around as if not to be left out. He is such a reassurance that I have an incredible purpose. I love him so much already and this next stage will be so amazing!

My wonderful girlfriends from back home threw Erik and I a gorgeous shower. From personalized cupcakes with initials and sailboats, to awesome food, and even better company, everything was perfect! The fellas had their beer and football and I was able to take it all in. Crosby is so blessed to be welcomed into such a great "family". The situation was very overwhelming and everyone went out of their way to spoil Crosby which was unnecessary! Thank you guys; it all meant so much to us!
